........overall with the quality of service provided by representative who handled your request?

that's the kind of job i do now 40 hours per week, monday to friday, 1pm to 9pm...in french and english... it's for a company that is contracted by bell to ask people on the phone in canada about the customer sastisfaction on different services from bell...i'm slowly beginning to be become a zombie because of thoses surveys, but i'm drawing a lot right now, especially at work, i'll post some of them maybe...yep...and older drawings too....
